Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure tracked and secure transit back to our warehouse.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original Bullstrap packaging to protect the leather during shipping, ensuring all tags and inserts are included.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our facility.
